I'm trying to codify some of Wilcox Development Solution's values here. This is a work in progress page, so it (especially early versions) shouldn't be read as being complete, and is subject to change without notice.

Transparency
This is transparency to the customer and transparency to the user. Transparency to the customer means they know exactly what we are doing every time we sit down to work on their project. It also means that if they aren't satisfied with that level of information, we've got a project notebook for the project that spells everything out in even more detail. We also prefer to make sure our customer has a copy of our source files at the end of a project (and preferably, at the end of every milestone)
Transparency to the user means that we should prefer open formats, so their data isn't locked up and held hostage in some app.
Giving Back
We use a lot of Open Source tools to make our life easier, it's only fair that we give back to the community when we can (with patches, magazine articles, wherever we have knowledge we can share). Even just this wiki is an example of this value.
